Orange Business Services received three new ISO certifications for its Major Service Centre in Delhi.
The new certifications include ISO 20000, Service Management for global processes and governance model, ISO 9001, Quality Management awarded to Business Mobile /9France and Cairo Major Service Centre) as well as ISO 27001 Security Management extended to its IT Services Operations.
Orange Business Services Switzerland has received double SIO certification including ISO 9001 and ISO 20000. The Delhi Major Service Centre has received triple ISO certification including ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001.
