ZTE 2009 net up 43.56% at $347 million
TT Corespondent |  New Delhi |  01 Feb 2010

China’s ZTE Corp today reported annual financial results for the year 2009 posting net profit of RMB 2,374.09 - 2,589.91 million or $ 347 million at a rise of 43.56% on a yearly basis.

EPS for the year was RMB 1.35-1.48.

The company attributed the strong growth in revenues to large scale deployments in home country, China.

The financial estimates of the company are in contrast to those posed by its Western world counterparts including Ericsson, Motorola, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia Siemens Networks which have reported slowed down growth.
