BSNL toll free number from PCO in Coimbatore

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Coimbatore, has come up with a toll free telephone number 2393000 at the Central Telegraph Office, State Bank Road, Coimbatore, from Thursday.

This number will book all the complaints dealing with non-functioning of all types of Public Call Offices (Subscriber Trunk Dialling and Coin Collection Box phones) in Coimbatore Short Distance Charging Area (SDCA).

The service would be available from 8.00 a.m. to 8 p.m., a release from the Principal General Manager (BSNL) said.

Can you imagine in these days BSNL phones in Nehru Nagar, Kalapatti Road, nearCoimbatore Airport is not functioning for the last twenty days even after repeated complaints to the Coimbatore Telephone authorities/Chinniampalyam exchange. A business unit like us is deprived of the phone for the last twenty days and there is no provision to email our complaints in BSNL site.

the complaint number mentioned 2393000, we trying it is always ringing no response from them and no more complaint number is there to try and if not taking the phone why give this number as complaint number. this is our simple suggession to you.

The same is our experience with the Telephone and Broadband service for the last one month. Although the payment is regularly collected.
