Comverse offers M2M solutions in tie-up with Intel

Comverse launched its machine-to-machine applications enabler solution at the MWC in tie-up with Intel paving the way of new revenue opportunities for the operators.

The solution aims to enable operators to have a better monitoring, broadcasting and control capabilities.

“The field of M2M is expected to grow significantly with the increasing number of Internet-connected devices,” said Daphna Steinmetz, Chief Innovation Officer at Comverse, the world's leading supplier of software and systems enabling value-added messaging and content services, converged billing and active customer management, and IP communications.

“This demonstration using Intel technology shows how operators can empower the M2M application domain and build a significant offering in the M2M arena.
