VAS player Netxcell set up a new 51:49 joint venture (JV) with Kenya-based AquaSanTec to target countries including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Sudan.

“We are targeting a market share of 2-3 percent in the first 18 months,” said Debasis Chatterji, Chief Executive Officer of Netxcell.

AquaSanTec offers water and sanitation solutions.
