RCom launches GSM services in Goa

Reliance Communications (RCom) launched its GSM-based mobile services in Goa pitching network quality as one of the differentiators when compared to competitors.

The company is offering simply Reliance plans to the people of Goa. Even SMS are priced at one paisa for a voucher priced at Rs.11.
