CSC in collaboration with Cisco unveiled a unique service aimed at offering Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and targeted towards the Fortune 1000 companies. The service will be offered as part of CSC’s managed service offerings.
The UCaas will provide a platform to converge voice, mobile and data services. Enterprises will be able to utilize telephony, voicemail, conferencing and unified messaging services on a utility-based, per-user pricing model.
