Reliance Communications (RCom) is all set to introduce a new VAS offering to its mobile subscribers namely the ‘Mobile Jockey’ service targeted towards the music loving subscribers.

It will set up a mobile jockey portal which will initially offer Hindi Mobile Jockey, Telugu Mobile Jockey and Malayalam Mobile Jockey Services. The company plans to include other languages soon.

The platform provided by the service enables mobile subscribers to share emotions and views live on-air. Popular chat subjects such as Page3 (Media Gossips), Naye Andaaz (Current trends), Fashion, Marriage, Education & Food recipe will also be on offer. Other categories include General topics, Friendship, Current events, Trends in Present Life, Personality Grooming, Movies & Music, Career & Household tips.

RCom says that the service would be provided in total confidentiality and would probe the caller to open up easily to ensure greater call length by keeping the interest going of the caller. The services will be priced Rs.6 per minute.
