NComputing launches call-center based new RMA process in tie-up with Redington

NComputing in partnership with Redington announced the launch of Redington Reverse Logistic Center (RRLC) which will offer call center based Return Material Authorization (RMA) process for NComputing’s customers across India.

“NComputing is committed to our customers’ satisfaction and our intent is to exponentially increase our presence in India by enhancing our capabilities across different verticals” said, Mr. Manish Sharma, Vice President APAC, NComputing Inc. ”We feel that this enhanced service will be a step further to provide world class service and support to our customers. This is the perfect addition to the NComputing product experience which is known for high quality.”

Upon calling the call center number, the customer representative will initiate actions to address the query or complaint and if any fault exists in the products, the representatives will work towards providing replacements at the earliest.

Mr. E.H.Kasturi Rangan, President Redington India said, ”Redington’s reverse logistic center would help NComputing to keep a track on customer’s return requests and assist them almost on a real time basis. This initiative would help us in strengthening Redington’s capabilities to serve and support the desktop virtualization market and add value to our partners in an effective manner”.
