Roamware introduces new analytical solution for mobile roaming services
TT Correspondent |  Mumbai |  04 Jun 2010

Roamware Inc. introduced Roaming Intelligence System (RIS) which is a new analytical solution enabling mobile operators to analyze their roaming market offerings.

The solution gathers data on inbound market share enabling operators to measure their market share of inbound roaming from respective roaming partners and use this information to negotiate preferred roaming relationships and Inter-Operator Tariffs (IOTs).

The solution also helps in identifying coverage issues in network while on roaming.

“RIS provides mobile operators 360 degree view of their business with valuable real time data points on their roaming business which can be leveraged to maximize their revenue in the marketplace,” said John Jiang, CTO and EVP of Product Management of Roamware. “This data can then be converted into actionable intelligence that can positively impact an operator’s market share, overall roaming revenues, service quality and operator roaming partnerships”

Roamware says that RIS is being currently deployed in several networks across Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
