BSNL offers special broadband plans for rural subscribers

Market leader in the broadband segment, BSNL launched affordable tariff plans for rural subscribers with the new plans being offered by taking financial leverage from the USOF.

 

One such new plan offers broadband services for Rs.99 per month rental and is named Rural USOF 99 plan. It offers 400 MB data transfer. Another plan BBG Rural USOF 150 offers 1 GB of data transfer and is priced at Rs.150 monthly rental.

 

Subscribers will have to pay telephone connection charges separately for both these plans.

 

The operator is also offering four combo plans. BBG Rural Combo 250 plan offers 2 Mbps broadband speed, 1 GB data transfer and 100 calls (MCU) free of cost per month. The BBG Rural Combo 550 and BBG Rural Combo 999 plans offer 2 Mbps speed, 6 GB and 12 GB data transfer and 250 and 450 calls (MCU) respectively.

 

BSNL also launched unlimited BB Home Rural Combo UL 550 plan offering 512 Kbps speed, 4 GB data transfer and 150 calls (MCU) free of cost.
