Sony India, on Wednesday unveiled the Xperia M5 dual for young Indian consumers at Rs. 37,990. Xperia M5 dual is the perfect blend of mobility, style and usability. It offers a beautifully crafted body, slim design and a superior hardware to meet young minded consumer’s style quotient. The device is available starting today and will be available in Gold and Black colour variants.
 
After the success of Xperia M4 Aqua, Xperia M5 has an impressive 21.5 megapixels rear camera with 5x Clear Image Zoom, Hybrid autofocus, f/2.2 lens. It also features 4K video recording, auto scene recognition, image stabiliser, and geo-tagging among other features. The Xperia M5 Dual also features a 13 megapixel front camera with Sony's Exmor RS sensor. Like other Sony’s flagship devices, Xperia M5 is also waterproof and dust-tight, with a capless USB port for added convenience and easy charging.
 
Sony Xperia M5 dual features a 5 inch full HD display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. It runs the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and is powered by a 64-bit 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795) processor with 3GB RAM. The device comes with 16GB internal storage that is further expandable up to 200GB using a microSD card.
 
Xperia M5 dual is power backed by a 2600 mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 12 hour of talk time, up to 2 days of stand-by time, up to 8 hour of full-HD viewing and up to 63 hour of music play. For connectivity, Xperia M5 dual includes - GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, and 4G connectivity options.
 
Xperia M5 is available in the Dual SIM variant in India. Xperia M5 will be available at Sony Centers, Sony Smartphone Lounges and all leading retail outlets across India.
