  Micromax YU has slashes the price of its recently launched Yureka Plus smartphone by Rs 1,000 and the device will now be available at Rs 8,999 on e-commerce website Amazon India.
The announcement was made on Twitter and Facebook. “Love goes both ways! You loved Yureka Plus, and now it’s time we surprise you with our love. Yureka Plus is now available for Rs. 8999 only, the Facebook post read.
Yu Yureka Plus is a dual-SIM device and features a 5.5 inch full HD IPS display in 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and is protected with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It runs on a custom-build of Cyanogen OS, Cyanogen OS 12, based on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop. The Yureka Plus runs on a 1.5GHz 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 SoC processor with 2GB RAM. It supports a 13 megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and also houses a 5 megapixel fixed-focus front camera. Yureka Plus comes with 16GB internal storage which is further expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card. It is power backed by a 2500 mAh battery.
For connectivity, Yu Yureka includes 4G/LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, and a 3.5 mm audio jack and includes sensors such as accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and gyroscope. |
