Alcatel, on Friday announced the launch of its 5 inch PIXI 4, a 4G smartphone, which is available exclusively on Flipkart at Rs. 4,999. It comes in a rainbow of colors, from cool, metallic silver to eye-popping, candy-colored bright. The device is less than 10mm thin and weight 169 gm.

PIXI 4 features a 5 inch FWVGA display with 854 x 480 pixels resolution and is powered with  Quad Core 1.0Ghz CPU and 1GB RAM. It comes with 8GB internal memory that is further expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card.

Alcatel PIXI4 comes with an 8 megapixels rear camera and a 5 megapixels front camera with flash and runs the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It is powered by a 2000 mAh battery with smart power-saving functions, it offers up to 20 percent longer browsing. It offers a 12 hour talk time and 4.5 charging time.
