  Indian handset maker iBall has announced the new iBall Andi 4 IPS Tiger Android smartphone in India for Rs 6,299. Also, last week, iBall announced the Andi 4 IPS Gem and Andi 4 IPS Velvet for Rs 5,699 and Rs 5,199 respectively.
iBall Andi 4 IPS Tiger features a 4 inch IPS display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with just 512 MB RAM.
The device runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS version. It has 4 GB of internal storage and a 32 GB micro SD card slot. There is a decent 1300 mAh battery.
