At the end of Day 14, govt set to earn atleast Rs 33,895 cr from 3G spectrum auctions alone
Mumbai emerged as the circle with highest bid amount at the end of day 14 with bids at Rs 1,252.3 crore for Mumbai, while Delhi finished the day at Rs 1,209.7 crore

At the end of eighty-two rounds of bidding for the 3G spectrum in India, the government is assured of earning atleast Rs 33,895 crore with pan-India bids reaching Rs 8,382.5 crore.

 

Mumbai emerged as the circle with highest bid amount at the end of day 14 with bids at Rs 1,252.3 crore for Mumbai, while Delhi finished the day at Rs 1,209.7 crore.

 

Other circles with high bid amounts included Maharashtra at Rs 823.77 crore, Andhra Pradesh at Rs 720.08 crore, Karnataka at Rs 712.28 crore and Tamil nadu at Rs 769.45 crore.
