MTNL offers new prepaid scheme at Rs 300 for 3G services

State-run PSU, MTNL launched a new prepaid scheme for its 3G services wherein subscribers will be offered lifetime validity for Rs 300.

 

Subscribers will be offered local video calls at Rs 1.8/minute and data download at Rs 3/MB. Additionally top-up coupons offering free data downloads and free video calling will also be made available.

 

Company''s CMD, R S P Sinha said that MTNL has managed to rope in 400 subscribers for 3G services with an ultimate aim to have 200,000-300,000 subscribers within the first year of operations.
