Reliance Big Entertainment which is part of Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG) announced on Monday that it will 50 % stake in UK-based gaming firm, Codemasters.

The company did not revealed the value of the deal.

The deal will help ADAG-owned Zapak to consolidate and enhance its offerings to the gaming industry. Its revenues are expected to double with the latest move.

While Big Entertainment will hold 50% stake in Codemasters, the other 50% will be held by European VC firm, Balderton Capital.
