Apalya bags Voice & Data’s Best telecom Innovator award

Hyderabad-based Apalya Technologies bagged the Best Telecom Innovator Award at the annual Voice & Data Industry award function.

According to Apalya, it won the award for its relentless contribution in the telecom sector and for bringing entertainment-on-the-go in the form of mobile TV service.

On the occasion, Apalya’s Vamshi Reddy said, “We are extremely thankful to the jury members of the awards and Voice& Data Team for conferring this highly esteemed award to us. I feel elated while accepting this award. This award is recognition for the right work and the correct path that I chose with my co partner, Mr. B Surya Shive Sunder.” He further added that “We at Apalya would continue to deliver best of our technologies in the mobile services. We see a great future for the mobile industry in India and are very bullish about the technology revolution in this space with nationwide 3G services being launched soon by private operators. I would specially thank the telecom operators and content providers who encouraged us in this journey.
