HC may pronounce order on Siddharth Behura's bail plea on Friday

The Delhi High Court is likely to decide the fate of the former the former telecom secretary Siddharth Behura on Friday. The verdict on his bail plea is likely to decide the future move of A Raja. Both the accused are languishing jail in 2G spectrum allocation case.

 

The rest of accused in 2G case including DMK leader Kanimozhi, all the corporate honchos and Raja’s former have already got the bail.

 

The CBI has taken strict stance on these two saying that these two being the public servants could not be equated with the trest of the accused in the case.  During the hearing, CBI, which did not oppose the bail plea of five other accused also including Karim Morani,  but took a different view on Raja and Behura’s case.
