Huawei, the leading global ICT solutions provider, on Wednesday welcomed India’s National telecom Policy 2012 as path taking development.

He said that the policy aims to enrich the common man’s life through communication by targeting 100% rural penetration and 600 million broadband connections by 2020.

“We further support the policy guidelines which talk of fiber connectivity to the village panchayat levels, thus bringing in the benefits of technology at the grass root levels”, Huawei said.
