iPass, Aerohive enter into strategic Wi-Fi partnership

iPass Inc.  Managed Network Services (MNS), a leading enterprise, Wi-Fi and high-speed wide area networking (WAN) platform provider, has entered into a partnership with Aerohive Networks, the leader in controller-less Wi-Fi and cloud-enabled enterprise networking. To enable enable iPass Managed Network Services to bundle the Aerohive Wi-Fi technology into a turnkey, fully managed solution for enterprise customers.

Aerohive’s Cloud Service Platform technology allows iPass MNS to quickly deploy and manage enterprise Wireless LANs (WLANs) without the complexity of servers or controllers at every customer location. This unique cloud-enabled networking architecture provides flexibility and scale for organizations, eliminating the need to make capital investments in additional hardware and software.
