Konka launches its slimmest, dual-SIM, Android Smartphone VIVA 5660 at Rs 5,000

Konka on Friday launched VIVA 5660 which it claims is company's slimmest smartphone so far with a thickness of just 8.2 mm. The device is attractively priced at Rs.5000.

The device has a 3.5 inch capacitive touch screen with 8.89 cm(3.5”) HVGA IPS LCD -320*480px IPS  resolution. It runs on Android 2.3 operating system with 1100 mAh battery. It sports 2MP auto focus camera with LED.

Li Hongtao, Chairman of KONKA Telecom said that with this technology we continue to accelerate on the strategy to reach the next billion consumers. 

“We are committed to develop the best possible mobile solutions to suit all lifestyles and budgets. Also, opening new possibilities for people everywhere through Viva, he said.

Manish Pengoriya, Director of MAK Mobility Pvt. Ltd said,  that Indian mobile market is now flooding with budget smartphones from various companies & Konka is providing everything in one go.
