MTS provides free MBlaze Ultra WiFi dongles with HP Omni 10 tablets

MTS, on Tuesday announced its latest offering which includes a free MBlaze Ultra WiFi dongle on purchase of HP Omni 10 tablet that is priced at Rs. 27,990. In addition to the free dongle, MTS is also offering customers free 200 MB of data usage every month for lifetime as well as accessories including a wall charger and an on-the-go (OTG) cable. The principal thought behind this initiative is to provide HP Omni 10 customers with an enthralling data experience on MTS’ 3GPLUS telecom network.
 
“With a surge in the number of Tablet and Smartphone users in India; there has been a paradigm shift in the way internet is being consumed by customers on the move. Our partnership with HP underlines and addresses this consumer demand where in users will get the best in technology and features with the HP Omni 10 tablets and will have a world class data experience through the MBlaze Ultra WiFi dongles powered by MTS’ 3GPLUS network”, said Leonid Musatov, Chief Marketing & Sales officer – MTS India.
 
With operators focusing on 3G and 4G networks, MTS believes that Wi-Fi enabled mobile devices are a force to reckon with and MBlaze Ultra Wi-Fi dongle running on MTS’ 3GPLUS network can cater to all internet needs of the customers. The MBlaze Ultra Wi-Fi device is powered by MTS’ revolutionary 3GPLUS network and can connect multiple devices through Wi-Fi. The device offers download speeds of upto 9.8Mbps.
 
“HP Omni 10 is a high performance tablet that is as productive in the office as it is playful at home. This offer with MTS will enable our valued customers to receive a greater data experience on their Omni 10 tablet”, said Ketan Patel, Director, Computing Category, Printing and Personal Systems, HP India.
 
The HP Omni 10 packs a 10.1-inch touchscreen, weighs about 600 grams and is 10.16 mm thick with 1920x1200 pixels Full HD resolution. The tablet is powered by Intel Atom Processor Z3770 Quad Core processor, 2GB DDR3 RAM and comes with free fully licensed Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student software to enable increased productivity at work. Additionally, the HP Omni 10 comes with HP Connected Music which provides three months of unlimited music download and consumers can also purchase a variety of accessories including a folio case, Bluetooth keyboard and Bluetooth Mouse.
