Airtel launches 3G Wi-Fi dongle with download speeds of up to 21.6 mbps

Bharti Airtel Limited, a leading global telecommunications company with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa, on Thursday announced the launch of its 3G Wi-Fi dongles. To be introduced in a phased manner across the country starting with Mumbai and Andhra Pradesh today, the dongle will be powered by HSPA+ technology enabling customers to enjoy download speeds of up to 21.6 mbps speed on 3G.
 
Customers can also create a Wi-Fi hotspot anywhere, anytime by just plugging the dongle to any USB port - be it laptop, phone charger or even a car stereo. Customers can connect up to 5 devices (mobile/tablet/ laptop) simultaneously for a seamless experience. Customers can also get irresistible offers including cash backs and additional data benefits.
 
Currently available in popular retail chains in Mumbai & Andhra Pradesh including Vijay Sales, TMS & Reliance Digital in Mumbai and Universal, Hot Spot & Technovision in AP, the dongle will be soon available across retail outlets in the country.
