Vodafone UK opts for new corporate brokers
TT Bureau |  |  13 Apr 2009

Vodafone UK has dropped its long-time primary city corporate brokers Goldman Sachs and UBS, to opt for JP Morgan Cazenove and Citigroup, in a move that marks the operator’s transition from acquisition based growth to consolidating its existing assets.

However it will continue to retain Goldman Sachs and UBS as brokers for mergers and acquisitions.

The new brokers are Charles Harman at JPMorgan Cazenove and Nigel Mills at Citigroup.
