Bharti Airtel allots 65,385 shares upon FCCB conversion; approves ESOP exercise option

Bharti Airtel said in a filing to the BSE that it has allotted 65,385 shares pursuant to conversion of $ 350,000 foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs).

 

The company has also approved the allotment of 6,075 equity shares to the employees upon exercise of stock options.

 

"With the allotment of the above shares the equity base of the company stands increased to 1,898,311,256 shares from the present 1,898,239,796 shares of Rs 10 each," the filing added.
