TT Correspondent |  New Delhi |  22 May 2009

The Delhi High Court dismissed today a petition filed by Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) which sought a stay over its disqualification by BSNL.

The Delhi Court asked NSN to approach relevant High Courts under whose jurisdiction the issue falls.

This was following BSNL''s submission that the matter pertains to tender floated for Chandigarh, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata zones.

NSN in all likelihood will approach the relevant High Court now.
