State-run PSU has appointed a two-member panel to oversee vendor complaints and mainly in an effort to showcase that its tendering process in indeed transparent.

PTI reports that former Chief Election Commissioners -- T S Krishnamurthy and B B Tandon will form the panel which has been approved by the Chief Vigilance Commission.

BSNL has been under flak for the way it has handled the tendering process of its 93 million GSM line with losers alleging lack of transparency and favouritism.
