TT Bureau |  |  10 Jul 2009

South Korean conglomerate Samsung has filed a patent for a mobile handset, packed with a QWERTY keyboard that sticks out from either sides of the device.

The smarphone, named as "Mobile Terminal Having Rear Keypad”, has two spring-loaded half-keyboards that jumps out from the sides of the phone and slides into the back of it.

The device will possess a touchscreen and the large key board is expected to make texting and gaming easier.
