BSNL launches Myway IPTV services in Kerala

BSNL’s Myway branded IPTV services in tie-up with Smart Digivision is now available in the state of Kerala with initial phase covering Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram to be gradually extended to Thrissur and Kozhikode.

 

Services such as video on demand, music on demand, education on demand and games on demand will be offered to the subscribers. The tie-up claims that the education on demand services has over 80,000 questions per subject based on NCERT syllabus for standards one to 12.

 

Video conferencing services are also scheduled to be offered as part of the IPTV service offerings. Moreover banking service in tie-up with ICICI Bank will also be available to subscribers.

 

The services are available upon purchasing an IPTV set-top box for Rs 2,000 which can also be acquired for a monthly rent of Rs 50 and a refundable deposit of Rs 1,500. The base package is priced at Rs 200 monthly rental and offers 96 channels while the super value pack priced at Rs 280 per month offers 126 channels.

 

Myway services are now available in 54 cities across the country.
