Syniverse Q2 overall revenues decline 11.1 % but portability services increase 21 %

Syniverse’s Q2 revenues reported a yearly dip of 11.1% to reach $ 113.5 million with net revenues excluding off-network database queries dropping by 11.5 % to $ 111.8 million.

 

Net income too decreased by 19.0 % to $ 16.5 million or 19.2 % to $ 0.24 per diluted share. Cash net income was at $ 25.4 million or $ 0.37 per diluted share.

 

EBITDA stood at $ 51.6 million at a drop of 11.6 %. The company’s net cash slid to $ 33.3 million from $ 40.9 million. Operating cash flow too declined from $ 33.3 million to $ 19.2 million.

 

Revenues from Technology Interoperability Services was at $ 16.3 million at a 17.3 % decrease while revenues from Network Services dropped by 2.6 % to $ 30.8 million. Revenues from Call Processing Services were at $ 6.4 million at a 12 % decline, Enterprise revenues at $0.4 million while revenues from off-network database queries was at $ 1.7 million.

 

Number Portability Business vertical however increased by 21.0 % on a YoY basis to scale to $ 7.8 million.
