BSNL says may directly engage with Zain for stake acquisition

BSNL CMD Kuldeep Goyal today said that if the ongoing talks with the consortium involving Vavasi failed, the company will directly enter into talks with Kuwait’s Zain.

The CMD further said that in such a eventuality, it will take MTNL along with it.
