BSNL Kerala introduces prepaid broadband service

The Kerala unit of BSNL launched prepaid broadband services with an option to opt for limited data plans or unlimited data plans.

To start with the customers need to pay Rs 250 installation charges and Rs 1000 or Rs 1600 towards charges for type I or type II modems respectively. By default the subscribers will be offered 50MB of data download valid for 15 days.

For unlimited data plans the vouchers are available in denominations of Rs.300, Rs.550 and Rs.900.

For limited download/upload, recharge vouchers of Rs.50, Rs.100 and Rs.250 are available.
