Canada’s leading mobile service provider, Bell Mobility is all set to migrate to VAS solution provider, Comverse’s Mobile Interne HUB solution as it aims to leverage from its recent upgrade to high speed HSPA network. The operator will also use Comverse’s visual voicemail and multimedia messaging (MMS) solutions.

With the adoption of Comverse’s Mobile Internet HUB, Bell Mobility will be able to improve the end-user browsing experience, claims Comverse.

The Visual Voicemail solution can enable users to have access to voicemails with visual elements and selecting any message in any order with one click. Furthermore, the voicemail to text feature presents voicemails in text format.

“We want Bell clients to enjoy the very best that mobile technology has to offer,” comments Bruce Rodin, Vice President of Wireless Technology, Bell Mobility. “That’s why we offer the country’s fastest and largest high-speed mobile network and that’s why we chose Comverse — for their global technological leadership and proven track record in delivering advanced voice, messaging, and mobile Internet services.”

“Like Bell, Comverse is on the cutting edge of change, and we look forward to an even more exciting future together shaping the course of value-added services,” says Dror Bin, President of Global Sales at Comverse, which is the world’s leading supplier of software and systems enabling value-added messaging and content services, converged billing and active customer management, and IP communications.
