RCom lines up online chat-based customer care services for mobile data subscribers

Reliance Communications (RCom) is set to launch a new chat-based online customer care service for its mobile data subscribers numbering 1.5 million, reports the Business Standard.

In the first phase, 15,000 towns will be covered which will be scaled up to 24,000 by end of first quarter .

The service will handle real-time query and issue handling with a query handling capacity scalable to 75,000 live customer interactions per day and over 500 live chat agents to service customer queries, requests and complaints.
