Reliance Communications (RCom) announced the launch of what it claims to be India’s first Mobile Jockey portal as part of its VAS offerings. The services are available to the operator’s GSM as well as CDMA subscribers.

As part of the initial launch phase, the services will be available in Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam.

“This new VAS service will allow music lovers to reap benefit in a multi-language music gold mine. This is in keeping with RCom’s continued endeavour to array a slew of value-added services to our world of customers,” said Mr. Anil Pande, Head – VAS, Reliance Communications.

“As Reliance Communications has crossed well over the milestone of 100 Million customers in the country, at every turn we’re on the lookout for adding value to our customers. Mobile Jockey Portal service is our latest leap forward to offering great mobile entertainment to them,” he further added.

The price of this service would be Rs. 6 per minute.
