PSU BSNL has sought up to five days time to pay spectrum fee towards acquiring BWA spectrum.

“We have asked for a ‘few more days’ to pay the broadband spectrum fee, as we are in the process of arranging funds. Although we have the required funds, these funds are not liquid at the moment and are all tied up,” said BSNL CMD Kuldeep Goyal to PTI.

Other players have already paid by the last day which was Tuesday of this week.
