ZTE and Brazil’s Vivo jointly launch two new mobile handsets

ZTE Corp. launched two new mobile handsets namely ZTE X850 and ZTE X990 in Brazil in tie-up with the country’s largest mobile operator, Vivo

 

The ZTE X850 is based on Android while the X990 is based on Windows Mobile platform and is available as part of a bundled package with Vivo’s prepaid service for a special price of R$299,00.

 

“ZTE is bringing two innovative products to the Brazilian market. We are honored to have a partnership with Vivo and to make the outstanding products accessible to all,” said Eliandro Ávila, President, ZTE Brazil.

 

"The profile of these new mobiles is aligned with our strategy to provide the best solutions in order to keep our customers connected,” said Hilton Mendes, Director of Terminal Development, Vivo.
