Not a big deal, this is. Chinese 3G modems are now available in India and customers have started taking them since some time. However, the products of Chinese origin are questionable on quality front. Huawei dongles may be different. But, the real success would come if the product is affordable and of quality only. Again, on the tecnical part those dongles should be forward compatible (as 4G is coming soon).
