Idea Cellular declared Shivraj Singh as the winner of the ‘Idea Music Week’ contest. 21 year old Shivraj Singh hails from Jhurar District in Muktsar. He will now get an opportunity to perform in the upcoming video album of popular Punjabi artist ‘Raj Brar’.
